There are a wide variety of labels available in the market
Many also prefer embroidered labels. These are similar to woven labels and are at least 4 to 5 times thicker than average ones. These also have bolder designs with fewer details. Because embroidered tags have more structural integrity they are often used in clothes and apparel. Embroidered ones are less consistent than the woven ones and are made individually. Leather tags on the other hand are softer and suppler. These are often used in high end garments and always have a rich colour. You also have many designs that have been embossed on these labels. You also have many synthetic labels that come in many ranges. These tags are cheaper than real leather.
The other kinds of tags that come in handy these days are the rubber and PVC labels. These are often used in sports and adventure wear. These can be tough and are moisture resistant. These come in harder textures and are very thick indeed. These tags are also very hardy and cannot be sewn into the cloth itself. These tags are more expensive in comparison to other ones. The raw material for these tags needs to be mixed and baked. This needs to be done in order to achieve the right colour and consistency.
The printed labels that are found in the market too are a great hit among garment makers too. These come in labels and are less durable. Also known as care tags these are not woven and differ in designs. These cost low and are suitable for fast fashion items. Printed labels also are cheaper and maybe washed out in 2 to 3 years. There are many designs available in printed tags. These also are most commonly found in T shirts and casual wear.
